Evetech is not the company it once was.

I ordered items that was in stock from Evetech on Saterday 24 June. Payment was processed on their side on Monday - I sent and email on Wednessday to find out why the items have not yet shipped. I even confirmed on their site on Wednessday that the items is still in stock. GOT NO RESPONSE - I phone on Thursday to find out and was told that that one of the items is not OUT OF STOCK suddenly.

I was given the option for other products etc. But this does not help since the item was needed urgently and should have been shipped, or I SHOULD HAVE BEEN INFORMED ON MONDAY so that I could make alternative plans.

I asked for a full refund, which also has not been processed.

I ordered items from AMAZON in US, the same day - Which will be delivered today - a week. Evetech cannot get local delivery right.
