evetech is a joke

I have spend so much money on this company the last year. And i honestly regret it. my last order i phoned in and explain as well that i want the item delivered. so i paid and waited , now i have to collect it , so i phoned again and gave the guy the address over the phone , and once again they ****ed it up, so i requested a refund and oh my soul what a story that is , they can no honestly keep the money and give their staff better training, im done with them
