Evetech - incorrect plug received (UK)

I ordered a lovely Samsung monitor and it came within the week - however the wrong plug has been given to me and I cannot use it. I have received a UK plug. When will I be receiving the correct one? Not a particularly good situation when selling goods in SA as a South African online shop.
