Evetech for the win!

I have purchased 2 laptops and 1 PC over the past 7 years with Evetech. My family has also purchased multiple laptops for grandparents and younger cousins. The second laptop I bought had a fault after about 2 years of use, and was not functional. Because it was under warranty, Evetech took it back it and attempted to repair it. The laptop was not repairable, but they gave me the option of getting ALL my money back (even after 2 years of use) or picking a completely new laptop or PC. I ended up choosing a new PC. Besides the broken laptop, I haven't had any other problems with their products. I have become a lifelong customer to Evetech - their communication, customer service and sales advice was all a seamless experience. They value customer service and quality products above all else. Highly recommended
