Evetech failure to ship items

Probably the worst experience I've had with evetech. No shipment after I have paid for the items nearly 2 weeks ago and their Comms are even worse. Don't try and blame it on reduced staff as I've ordered from other websites and other computer companies with a turn around the of less than a week. Because of your lack of feedback and failure to ship my items I have lost a week's worth of work that I won't be paid for!
