Evetech doesn't test their custom laptops before giving them to you

They don't test the laptops before sending it to you as I was told by the manager. Recieved a asus custom built laptop and the wifi doesn't work because they didn't plug it in properly is what they said over the phone... And then I must wait now for them to collect and fix and this was supposed to be a birthday presant. Refused to pay for my transport let alone my time to come bring it in so they can fix it, it's literally R120 and now I must pay for their mistake as I need this fixed asap
