Evetech Doesn't have customer support and they don't care

Would highly recommend avoiding Evetech till they can get their house in order, I sent an email two days ago, no reply, eventually their automated system created a ticket for me 12 hours later. They say you can call them - in all their FAQ, website notice & emails but of course, their answering system tells you that all their staff will only be replying to emails.

They tell you to email their sales team to get your order expedited, but after having emailed their staff and a ticket with no response open for 48 hours I might as well not even ask for expedited shipping cause the waiting time for a reply has nearly equaled their lead times.

The most frustrating part of this is all is that the left-hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing, there’s conflicting information on their site, call, don’t call, 3-5 days lead time, 6-9 days lead time.

It's now bee 7 days since my order was placed, they said my order has been dispatched, so I called the courier - they never received the parcel.
