Evetech centurion

I purchased a professional monitor from Evetech and immediately encountered flickering issues. I returned it for a replacement, given their 14 to 21-day replacement timeline. As someone who relies on the monitor for work and income, even 21 days seemed excessive, but I reluctantly agreed. Now, 38 days have passed without a replacement. Evetech hasn't provided any proactive updates; I've had to contact them myself. I was told the delay was due to the supplier not responding, as if that's my issue to bear. They said they can't assist further until the supplier inspects the monitor, even though Evetech already identified the problem on their end. I made my purchase from Evetech, not from their supplier. It is Evetech's duty to address customer concerns and adhere to their policy timelines, not shift the blame to their supplier. Very unhappy customer.
