Evetech - Brilliant After-sales Support/RMA Experience

I purchased an ASUS STRIX ROG RX5700XT 8GB from Evetech in November 2019. I am aware that there were issues with the card and tried everything I could find to sort the problem out myself. When I finally gave up and contacted Evetech for further assistance they were extremely helpful and confirmed the issues with the card.

Taking the card in, they tested it and found it to be faulty, issuing me with store credit. I opted for store credit instead of a replacement as the card has known issues and I did not want to take the chance of getting a replacement with the same problems.

I am extremely impressed with the level of service and the dedication and work ethic of the support staff at Evetech and will continue to support their business going forward. A special thanks to Ian who accommodated the process. I am a very happy customer.
