Very disappointed with their service and attitude towards customer service when order a Laptop I at least expect it to work. In short, order laptop could not boot, reported the problem then got told the ssd failed in transit. Imagine that the laptop's ssd failed while in transit so every time I travel to my clients the ssd might fail
