Erroneous and Slow-to-No Response, but you have my money

I placed two orders on the same day (7th May) One was to be shipped to my GF in PE and the other to my house 15km fro Evetech Offices.

The one to PE actually arrived within 4 days.

The other (The one that has to travel a very short distance) has not to date been dispatched. I lodged a query last week Wed / Thurs, no response.

A friend who lives close to Evetech went to check up, they said the order was meant to ship today. This morning however I received an email reply to my ticket from last week stating that according to their system, my order has already been delivered.... You have to be kidding me.

Now I have responded to the mail from this morning, and again... NO Response all day, no dispatched notice, nothing.

Are you seriously just going to take my money and tell me you "System" says it's been delivered. It has DEFINITELY NOT BEEN DELIVERED!!!!
