Don't trust them - warranties mean nothing to them!

After buying an upgrade kit mid-2019, all went well until I had to RMA a stick of Crucial Ballistix 16gb memory. It was confirmed faulty by Evetech support at which point they issue a voucher for R1200 bucks, valid for 90 days. Which is great and all, but that means 1. We have to buy through them again. 2. We only have 90 days to redeem? Sorry what? and 3. The same stick of memory goes for R1900 (which isnt stocked by them anymore), and the cheapest stick of memory from them is R1500. So either way theres a pay-in?

I've always said it, I don't trust them and I won't ever recommend them.
