Don't buy from Evetech!

I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with Evetech. I’ve now gone through three laptops from them, and each one has had serious hardware issues within days/weeks: • Lenovo LOQ — screen failed after 2 days • HP Victus — Wi-Fi module failed; returned 3 times and still came back faulty; they even forgot to return my charger • ASUS TUF 16 — freezes at login after only 8 days of use Every return meant weeks without a working laptop, and communication was slow. After months and involving the Consumer Protection Ombudsman, I was finally given store credit for the HP — only to now have another faulty device. They also didn’t send the backpack included in my purchase and forgot my mouse, even after confirming it was packed. I’ve spent money, time, courier fees, and dealt with constant delays and inconvenience. As someone who relies on their laptop for work, this has been incredibly frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Evetech.
