Dissapointed by Evetech

I am massivley dispaointed with Evetech. We made a purchace for a PC which is built from scratch which should take around 2 weeks for delievery. There was an issue with them recieving the POP from us. Irrespective of the money having hit their bank account they did not continue with the order which was placed on 7 February 2024. After realising that the POP was not recieved we made contcat with them and sorted the issue out.

We were promissed that the PC would be delievered today 7 March 2024 exactly 1 month later from purchase. Of course no delievery or contact from them as to the reason why. We have to keep on following up and chasing them, they lack client service and they do not honour their word.
