Disgusting
Been waiting more than a week since I paid for the order, even with the proper reference. Disgusting that they practice business like this. Steer clear of them. Use wootware instead.

29 Sept 2023, 14:20So they shipped the package to me the next day after I contacted them. Turns out they just missed the payment. So at least they tried to make it right by shipping the package the next day. Its something good at least. But perhaps next time just focus on making your system track the payments better especially since the payment was made with the correct ref and everything.
