Disgraceful and Dishonest Sales and Customer Service

Order# EVE129442 - Evetech are dishonest and a total disgrace!

On Monday, 18 May I ordered 2 x Lenovo laptops off Evetech’s website. It was not shown anywhere that these were out of stock.

Evetech took my order and sent me a confirmation of this order immediately via email upon which I transferred the payment directly to their FNB account the same day.

Two days later on 20 May Evetech notified me via email that the laptops I ordered were out of stock and attempted to up sell me to a much more expensive option.

I rep**** immediately asking for a full refund which also included my additional payment for delivery and insurance costs.

Six days later I have still not received any communication from Evetech or my refund, and checking on my support ticket via their link, I see that it has been closed.

This is not closed until I receive my money back. I cannot get a response from them on email and they are not taking phone calls but they are merrily posting away on their social media channels daily.

Furious!
