Disappointing tech support

I have bought two laptops from Evetech, both with a 3 year warranty. I requested a quote to upgrade the laptop RAM in both laptops, one a DDR4 and one a DDR5, as the warranty would be voided if I was to do the upgrade myself, and due have to have both laptops replaced I am not about to void the warranty.

1. They didn't have they 5200 or 5600 DDR5 module, they only had the 4800, I asked them if I could source either the the 5200 or 5600 myself and then bring the laptop in for them to install, so as not to vid the warranty, they said no, I have to purchase the RAM directly from them. To their credit they tried to source the 5200 and 5600 DDR 5 Ram but to no avail.

2. I told them to quote me for the 4800 DDR5 and 3600 DDR4, which they did with a R599 installation fee per device. I asked them if we can set a date and time for me to bring the devices in and wait for the installation to be done, as it shouldn't take more the 15 mins to add a RAM module to a laptop, and to my horror they added on an additional R599 per device fee to "push to the front of the que" as laptop RAM installation has a 2 to 4 day lead time, even although I set a date and time of when I would come through; this feels like ******ion.

I feel like it's damned if you do, and damned if you don't as an Evetech customer, we either do the upgrade ourselves and void the warranty, or pay an installation fee per device plus a "push to front of the que", fee per device in order to keep the warranty, and also there was no flexibility in assisting me when I offered to source the product they couldn't provide.
