Disappointing customer service, gave me a run around

<p>I placed an order for new computer parts and was surprised to receive the order a day or 2 later. Only problem was the motherboard was the wrong model. I called Evetech and spoke to Johan, he seemed helpful on the phone. I asked him if they would send the correct part that day to which he promised they would so long as I sent the incorrect one back. They had the courier company collect the incorrect part. I then called to confirm. Nothing arrived the next day which it should have. I then called to follow up and they assured me it had been dispatched and that I would soon receive a tracking number. Nothing came in my email or phone. The next day nothing arrived and I called again to find out the status, I called about 3 times further and was promised they would call me with the tracking number. In my mind I thought that they had forgotten to send the correct part back and were buying time until it arrived in stock or they had time to deal with my issue. Eventually that afternoon I spoke to Johan again and he apologised saying that there was a problem and they are only sending the correct part now. I just wish I was kept in the loop and they had been honest from the start. I've used competitor sites before and thought I'd give these guys a try but after this I'm not sure I would use again or recommend.</p>
