Disappointing and very unpleasant shopping experience (and it is not over yet).

Waited for days before I was contacted by a consultant. Only way to communicate with them is via email due to Corona. When eventually the salesperson got hold of me by phone the line (VOIP) was Pathetic. I checked on my side but it clearly was on the side of Evetech by admission of the salesperson. I offered to phone any other line from my side, but was told I am not allowed to, and they dont have any other lives except the VOIP they use. Was impossible to place an order due to the poo line quality and this after waiting for so many days to get contacted. Still amazed that a dealer in high tech PC equipment is so poor in Internet connection... Eventually got an order placed and waited for the Quote. 4 days later after asking what happened to the promise to mail it to me it got sent at last. With incomplete specifications list. 3 Items I asked for were not included in the Quote. Now, waiting again for them to one day reply to my email. Lost complete trust in this company. Wondering why so many people referred me to them in the first place. Something has gone terribly wrong with Evetech.
