Disappointing

The website states 'free delivery'. However, when I was ready to place my order for a laptop, delivery fees were added to the invoice. I questioned this via *** and the answer was that a delivery fee was charged in rural areas. However, I stay in Moreleta Park, Pretoria. A busy residential area. After contacting them twice via *** to have this cleared up and not receiving an answer, I decided to purchase my laptop elsewhere. When the before service is this bad, I'd hate to experience the after service.
