Did not return bag after I gave them my NEW laptop I bought from them that was faulty. DONT RETURN THE BAG!!

Very disappointed with this company. They gave me a faulty laptop. I returned it back for it to be fixed with the bag that came with it. I got the laptop back but never got my bag back. I have been calling them but they have been posting me. Horrible service. Do not return the bag that comes with the laptop, you will not get your bag back.
