Customer service SUCKS

Horrible customer service. I paid in full 3 weeks ago and am yet to receive the machine i paid for. My order initially arrived after a week after which was fine. I then discovered that not only was the PC faulty but it was the incorrect spec of said machine. It was sent back and I updated my delivery address which Evetech confirmed. Package still went to wrong address and Evetech has now taken to flat out ignoring my emails. Horrible experience would never buy there again.
