Complete meltdown?

It feels like Evetech is in a complete meltdown. Customer service does not get back to you. They still refuse to use a proper courier service. Nobody can provide answers as to what is happening with items dispatched from their premises. I would be very hesitant to do business with Evetech at the moment. It seems they have completely lost their way.
