Communication or service, what is that?

I suppose I should just have had a look at the reviews here before I actually tried to do business with them. They are past the point of pathetic. Right from the word go everything was questionable. Absolutely NO communication, waiting period forever, wrong parts delivered, very quick to collect wrong parts, NO, and I mean NO communication. No one seems to be able to help when you phone, someone will always phone you back, which never happens. Even cancelling the order and refunding seems to be a problem. Will strongly advise not to do business with them. We placed an order three weeks ago, had to pay in full, have nothing but frustration upon frustration to show for it and Evetech shows no intention of helping in any way.
