Client Service is alive and kicking at Evetech.

I have purchased products from this company twice now and like all people who works in client service themselves I expect a company to deliver what they promise on. In terms of experience first time can be happenstance, but consistently performing above any expectation I could have had was truly amazing. First time I ordered a product that was advertised that ran out of stock. There was no quibbling and I only found out from them that they would be upgrading the product I ordered because they did not have it.

Second time I ordered the product they preassebled it, without me asking, so that even my very demanding terchnician had to say that it was some of the best wiring he has seen. Neat and complete as he said. On top of that the preinstalled OS and loaded MS365. What we thought would be three to five hours of unpacking, assembly and installation was half an hour of completing and sharing a beer.
