Cant deliver a working laptop

My biggest regret was to buy a laptop a Evetech. I bought a laptop, after delivery the laptop did not work, support try to assist me but informed me to return the laptop. After more than a week a received a new laptop. Again not working, had to send it back. After almost a week again I have to call to follow up. I request a credit for the laptop and now apparently there is a scratch. Currently I have paid and received my invoice on the 7th of March and still they could not deliver a working laptop. I would strongly advise against doing business with them
