Bad Service and Reluctance by Evetech to Refund me

On Monday 31 May 2021 I originated a purchase from Evetech in good faith. At the time the 4 TB external drive indicated a purchase price and I endeavoured to collect the item instore since I live in Valhalla which is a scant 5 km away from your store. The price indicated two payment options, one by credit card which included a cost to process the credit card payment or a straight payment via eft. I elected the eft option and paid the amount indicated ~then Evetech sent me an email averring that I did not make payment ~I then resent my original email with proof of payment. On second thoughts I relooked at the payment options to assure myself that I had indeed paid the amount as indicated to me on 31 May 2021. I then saw a new quote which now said no instore pickups ~ R 99 for courier service. On Thursday I received an email from your shop indicating that the item was with courier service. On Friday morning I received a SMS with notification that item was collected by courier service and please allow 2-3 days if you are in a regional area. If I knew that an address that is a scant 5 kilometres from your shop is in a regional area I would not have even contemplated placing an order. Please cancel the order and refund my money directly to me via EFT. I am not interested in the item anymore. I furthermore explained that I would not be home since I travelled to Port Elizabeth on Sunday 6 June 2021. I received 3 different emails from Evetech attempting to salvage the sale. I indicated to them that I had bought another hard drive elsewhere and simply wanted my money repaid to me. That is basically what happened. On Monday 7 June 2021 when no one was home the courier service phoned me to tell me that they were outside my house to make delivery. I advised the person that I was not home but in Port Elizabeth and that in any case I had emailed Evetech to cancel the purchase. Today I receive an email from Evetech stating that the payment is scheduled to occur on 15 June 2021. THIS IS TOTAL NONSENSE I want my money today not when.
