BAD SERVICE

BAD service. After being redirected 10 times and not being able to get anything done in person or with the "call centre" / "sales team" I gave up. (2018). Thought I'd give them a go again in 2023, and received just as bad service. Called and enquired about a laptop (which is urgent) and prompted to send a email detailing the products I want; AFTER I already gave all the information to Brandon, I had to write a mail requesting everything I told him. Still haven't had a response. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
