Bad Service!!!!!!!

Don't know what has gone wrong with them this year but their service is absolutely pathetic. First I bought an upgrade kit from them and had to send it back because it had no posting. Then they told me it was faulty and they had to replace it. When I got my computer back it had a sound default. I send it back again after a week of hearing nothing from them I phoned and they said it was still running diagnostics? Then another 3 days later they said the computer was not even booked in! After I yet again booked it I waited another week and a half... all adding up to 3 weeks. Eventually after endless amounts of useless non informative phone calls they had to replace 3 motherboards in total since I bought the kit and a cpu!

Then a week later I ordered a graphics card from them that was on special%. Three days later I got send an email that they no longer have it in stock, after the order was already confirmed, but I can get a same card just a different brand for R 1 300 extra. This is not fair because I bought the card on special for a reason. Then I had to settle for a lower card.

I am fairly disappointed in their service lately after I had such high expectations due to previous items I have bought and thousands that I have spent.

I really hope they get better costumer service and get their act together.
