Bad customer service, they must go on training or they will lose clients

Bad customer service, a client can’t hold a phone waiting for assistance for more than 2 hours , had to stop . I’ve been told I’m caller number 5 but as for 2 hours I don’t know. Either your colleagues have bad telephone training or you must hire more staff. I don’t think I can even spend my money it’s obvious I’ll have a run around should something be faulty
