Bad Customer service and extreme arrogance

Their customer service suck. I called a few times on both their contact numbers and each time you reach the front of the line, someone picks-up and put the phone down so you have to call again. Eventually when my call was answered, I made the remark "Thank heavens someone to talk to" and he hung up on me...

They will never get a recommendation from me or my company.,
