BAd Customer service

I am very dissapointed with evetech, if you asked me a month ago will i buy from them, its would have been yes, but I ordered goods to value of R20000. they send me a parcel track number for 3 parcells, they gave the courier only 2, i cannot use the gaming computer i ordered, You cannot get hold of them apparently cant answer a phone in lockdown time, and i am being shunt around of where the 3rd parcel is. evetech says its with the ourier and the courier says the never picked up 3 parcells, if i see on helo peter evetech doesnt even reply to thier customer, THE ONES PAYING THIER SALARYS, BAD BAD BAD,
