Bad Customer Service

Bought a new laptop from Evetech on 5 Jul 2019. Phoned them on Saturday 6 Jul 2019 to find out if I can order an additional charger; to be informed that they don't deal with chargers at all. I was referred to another supplier which is not open on Saturdays.

Well done Evetech. Keen on the easy sales; but not willing to provide decent customer service.
