Bad customer communication and answering service,

I have been buying from Evetech and your service has been great in the past. I just experienced the worst service now this December. I got an email about a special and I immediately went to but nothing on the website gave me a notice that you will be closed, when I gave your multiple numbers a call it told me I was caller number 5 after multiple "we bust try again later" I patiently waited and after 2 hours the answering system dropped my call when I was now the caller number. It would have been great if there was a store notice stipulating this. I wasted my air time and could have bought the items from Takealot as I need these this week. Make the notice that you are close may part of the the top navigation bar so that it can be seen all across the website, as it does not make sense that you are running specials and campaigns but they do not give the alert that the shop is closed and going to buy through email landing pages linked you will not see the the image on the home page that is in the slider with many others. (I saw this after someone on Facebook mentioned the notice is there).
