BAD After Sale Service - Returns

I bought a Lenovo laptop in September 2023. Merely a year later the device is completely dead - no LED's, no fan no nothing. I filled in the required forms, asked Evetech to arrange for collection and paid the required courier cost (and sent the PoP to Evetech early Monday morning. Collection was arranged for between 12:00 and 17:00 the following day (12 November). End of the day, no collection. I informed Evetech and they responded that they would follow up and stated a collection date for the following day. Wednesday 13 Nov came and went and NO collection. Today, 14 November I phoned them. They acknowledged that this is not acceptable and informed me that collection should be before 13:00 - NOTHING. I phoned them at 13:00 and the responded via e-mail that their Support Manager and Despatch Manager is handling the issue and that it will be collected before COB today.

Am I surprised that AGAIN it was not collected? Why do they offer the service to arrange for couriers if they cannot manage it? I suggest you do not make use of this "service" of theirs. Maybe do not make use of them at all.
