Bad after sal swrvice

BAD AFTER SALE SERVICE I purchased a Lenovo laptop from Evetech Solutions in January with a 3 year guarantee. A letter on the keyboard came loose and I sent it back just to get a reply from them “it has been “physical damaged” and therefor the warranty has been voided. What nonsense. Its just an easy way out!!! I dont even carry my laptop around. sorry but I am very disappointed in Evetech Solutions and Lenovo.
