Awful After-Sales Customer Support!

Variety of products and sales experience is decent but after-sales customer support is terrible.

Recently had a Warranty Rejection, and the Evetech response was detailed as if it was taken from from a generic "how to reject customer claims." No assistance on how to repair the defective product either.

Will be taking future business over to Wootware.
