Awesome service after initial mishap

I purchased a gaming laptop from Evetech earlier in the year and was very happy with their service. I needed a RAM upgrade and contacted them, but had no response and was getting very frustrated. I eventually got hold of Ulrich Hess and he really put in the effort to resolve my frustration and get my RAM upgraded quickly and efficiently. Evetech were midway through a move to new premises and that resulted in the initial poor communication from them. Anyway, thanks a million Ulrich and Evetech for being so awesome!
