Avoid Evetech / Lenovo and Partserve

Bought Lenovo Laptop in December with 3 year warranty. Takes them 2 weeks just to confirm the warranty - then they will only look at ordering the parts from Lenovo. Then they send you to Partserve (number of negative reviews). We were under the impression that the purchase includes onsite support - apparently not. I would strongly advise anyone 1st not to buy Lenovo (just died in 3 months), avoid Evetech as they are full or promises and lastly Partserve (requested another support agent but apparently they are the only one).
