Avoid Avoid Avoid - especially for business to business

The most pathetic service I have ever experienced.

Bought a laptop for our business from them, but there was an issue with the screen. Sent the laptop back. Was told there is nothing wrong. They did not read the problem report I submitted because what they reported is working is not what I reported was the fault. Useless....

So instead of dealing with their incompetence, I requested the laptop back (So I can get it sorted myself). It's been 3 weeks and they refuse to send the laptop back or even respond to an email.

I have to pay an employee for 3 weeks to sit here unable to work all because Evetech is useless.
