Atrocious service!

I have only given them 1 star because the system forces me to select something. These guys have no idea what customer service is. Firstly, they took forever to get the router which i ordered delivered. They took no accountability and blamed the couriers for the delay. The product was faulty, I reported this within a day and got given a long story of T's & C's for refunds. Its been 3 weeks since the device has been returned to Evetech for 'testing' but it is impossible to get any form of feedback. The worst service I have ever received. Will not use them ever again and would not recommend them to anyone. Simply pathetic!
