Anything not to give a refund

I saved money to buy a proper Dell laptop. 1 month after I received the laptop, it started switching off on thermal protection. I ran the Dell diagnostics on the laptop and got a QR code to scan. Scanned the code and 2 days later I received the 8 Gig replacement memory module, where it should have been a 32 Gig module. Further diagnoses revealed that the Bios fault history indicated a hardware fault before I took ownership of the laptop. it is now 2 months trying to get a refund from them without joy. I regret not checking this site before I bought my laptop.
