After Sales Tech Support non existent

After Sales tech support is nearly non existent.. Purchased PC from them on 15 September 2018 but was faulty, sent the pc back they had it for over a week and then recieved it back without them having fixing the issue, the back plating on case was also missing... Sent it back again and now they avoiding me and just passing me on from one consultant to the next, not being able to give me any answers. Been a month since purchase and am yet to even use pc
