After Sales support - Horrible

Hard drive failure after 6 month old laptop, a Lenovo Legion to be exact. I have waited a week for a hard drive to be replaced and this was an esacallated repair. I needed this laptop for training. Shocking after sales support.I advised both the support cosultant and the customer care support rep. that if they cannot sort this out in time, I will put the harddrive in and install windows 12 myself. They now still have my laptop. I will choose another vendor going forward and advise our IT department to do the same.
