Absorbent shipping costs for Somerset West after spending close to R20000

Seriously disappointed with the shipping costs and shipping insurance costs. I've ordered many times with evetech and have been okay with the extra costs when I was paying in the range of R4000. But now after having such good experience with my previous orders I decide to order a laptop from evetech with a total of R18500 and still there's no common decency to reward a client with free shipping or insurance. Adding an extra cost of R500 to my total. Yes you guys do say that it is free delivery to major centers but not everyone lives in the heart of Cape Town. I mean Somerset West or Stellenbosch should be considered a major center
