Absolutely terrible customer service. 6 Months, no resolution...

Absolutely terrible customer service. I have a vertagear chair that had the backrest frame break after about 2 years. It has a 10 year warrantee on the frame. The only reason I went with Evetech and that chair. I contacted support and they said they would get in touch with vertagear and contact me with an update. After 6 months I have not once received an update without having to constantly follow up with Evetech. The issue is still unresolved and I have no faith that it will ever get replaced.

If you expect to have any sort of help from customer service.... shop elsewhere!
