Absolutely pathetic.

I had to return a brand new high end laptop for a malfunctioning webcam. 3 weeks and counting and ZERO communication. This after the first delivery by Aramex was 'lost'. The warehouse us in the middle of nowhere and via some ***** parts of JHB. Never ever again.
