Absalutely disgusted

So recently I had to send back a Logitech keyboard in for an RMA at Evetech. The process in booking it in and getting it back went reasonably smooth and no faults were found, process took around a week.

However, the keyboard was delivered to Evetech wiped down and clean (you know the entire COVID etc.), BUT the condition the keyboard came back in was absolutely disgusting, bits of spit all over and pieces of I don't know what!

How can Evetech condone this? Truly shows what their workmanship is like and not a care for their clients equipment.
