7 months and no help

The SSD drive on my Dell laptop failed in 2020. Evetech said they could not help me because they were closed for holidays, forcing me to get help from directly from Dell. Dell however could not replace the SSD drive as it was an extra added by Evetech. When I approached Evetech about about it they gave me a run around.

finally managed to book the SSD drive for collection and after 10 days they had not collected the drive after giving the the correct collection address more than 3 times. The support and sales personnel were rude and unhelpful. July 2021 and I am still sitting with a failed SSD drive that Evetech does not want to fix or replace.
