21 working days to replace a motherboard under warranty, and no assistance or temp replacement box offered while I lose massive income for my home business.

Everything is great with Evetech, until something goes wrong with your computer, then you have to wait 21 working days for it to go to an unspecified supplier. No replacement box or alternative plan. My PC is the main renderbox in my company, I will now face a loss of R30 000- R60 000. Neither support nor the owner can offer any solutions.

Will never do business with Evetech again. I'm very disappointed.
